Ingredients

1/3 plan Greek yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 unsweetened milk
1 tbs flax seed/chia seeds
2 or 3 drops vanilla essence
2 tbs peanut butter
2 tps cocoa powder
0 to 2 tbs honey
Directions
Mix togather all ingredients in a mixing bowl. spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid
Closed and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating
Garnish with some walnut and peanut and chopped strawberry
